Concierge on independence of the seas

Can someone tell me who is the concierge on independence of the seas,? Or the Diamond concierge

We are curious to the same question.  Usually the suite concierge contacts us before departure.  We sail Aug 29 on Independence and have not gotten an email.

Did you ever get an email from the Concierge? We were wondering the same thing. Our trip isn't until November but I had called the 800 number to make a change on our cruise and asked when to expect an email from the concierge, the person I talked to was clueless said she never heard of that before 🙄.  I knew it wouldn't get me anywhere if I told her I had old emails from previous ships on RCCL where the Concierge had emailed us.

I did get an email less than a week from sailing from the suite concierge.  I responded to the email with a question and got no response unfortunately.  I think it was a simple oversight.
