Beverage/dinner package now ?

Hello all,

For those of you that have been cruising lately have you notice if they have done special deals on the beverage , dinner or internet

package once onboard ? Is it still better to purchase before or because ship not full they do great deals onboard ? 
 

Also can’t remember does HAL have a coffee card such as Princess ?
