Upgrading Internet in YC

I understand we'll get the Browse package for 2 devices included in the YC.  If we decide to upgrade to Browse and Stream, would we only pay the difference between those two packages? (We'd like to be able to FaceTime nurses at assisted living.)

 

Also, if my husband were to bring a tablet, would we be able to add a 3rd device by paying the difference between the two different packages for 3 devices (Browse and Browse & Stream), or would we have to pay full price for a 1 device, Browse & Stream, since only 2 devices are covered in YC?

My tickets are saying it's the unlimited version at the moment. Not sure now if that was a particular deal when booking though.
