We have some friends we cruise with who spend a lot more than we do on slots. They are always getting free cruises, free drinks, free dinners in the steak house, etc The casino host just comes up to them when they are playing and hands them a card for whatever they're giving them. Hasn't ever happened to me! Your friends are dropping thousands.

It has no refection on your cruising history but it might have more to do with visiting Carnival.com. Not really, these are largely targeting casino players who have had cancelled cruises who decided to let their deposits stay with CCL and have them turned into FCC's. That would be people who are going to Carnival.com and checking on their offers to rebook.

I play blackjack consistently at $100 per hand and my wife plays the slots for .25 per pull. She often gets better deals than I get. Sounds like somebody's hand is moving from the 25 cent bet to MAX BET when daddy bear leaves the scene. Lucy... you got some 'splainin to do! 1

This is true for ALL cruiseline casino programs and land-based casino programs. This is the opposite of our experience. My daughter and I enter the casino at the same time and usually leave at the same time. She plays slots only, I play card games at the tables only. We tend to get emails from Carnival on the same day and we compare offers. Mine are always significantly better (e.g., recent Australia offer, I got $1,500AUD offer she got $500AUD offer). WendyVF Posted September 23, 2021 #34 Share Posted September 23, 2021 My late husband died 4 years ago and he gets better offers than I do even though I still cruise frequently and gamble more! I've asked them to stop sending. If they can't do that, they could at least give me his deals.
