Wife has vaccine and test records in her maiden name. All other id / cruise booking is in her married name. Will a certified marriage lic solve the problem.

I had a similar issue.  I just went to the pharmacy where I got the vaccine and asked them to change it.  I was prepared with ID and SS card just in case they didn't believe me but there was no hassle.  Good thing I went because while there I also realized they had spelled my son's name wrong too.

We have the same issue. Carnival said as long as you have a "bridging" document that shows the reason for the name change you are fine. So yes, the marriage license is required to show original name and married name differences.

I sailed on Carnival several years ago and had a name change (not due to marriage). So I brought my notarized document confirming the name change and didn't have any problems getting on board.
