cnamenek Posted September 19, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2021 Can someone please explain how free casino play works. How do I keep track of what I have used versus winnings? I know that I cannot cash it out if it is promotional play but want to understand how it works. I only play slots if that matters and it is a Princess Cruise. Thanks for your help since I have not received promotional play before.
tompeter Posted September 19, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2021 The way I use my free slot play is I put a portion, for ex. $20 of FP in the machine, play 10 spins at $2 for ex. and then cash out the winnings. Then repeat at either same or different machine til all FP is used.

nlktx49 Posted November 14, 2021 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2021 Used to be if you got casino cash/free play, you could make one play on a slot, then go cash out for the remainder in cash that you could do whatever you wanted to with. Not so now, at least on Carnival. The money they give you they are going to get back, most likely! On a recent cruise my SIL won $1,350 playing a game for Ultra cruisers. She doesn't spend much time in the casino, but she played it all on the slots, at least managed to win $1,200 to cash out and take home with her. They keep track of your account, divided into free play and your bank, you can see this on the slot machine when you're signed in to play, or go to the cashier and ask them to tell you. Good luck!🙂
