Yes, it was an casino instant cruise reward certificate which DH received for achieving 2500 points in the casino during our recent 4 night cruise on the Mariner

With upgrades, do you first book the free cruise and then upgrade once that's set or do you have to price and pay for the upgrade when you initially book. We have a free inside but would like to upgrade to at least a balcony.
