Anthem uk cruise - star class first timer

Just been assigned star class from bid up 🥳 woo hoo 😍 So, a few questions if anyone can help:

1. Does genie still contact you pre sailing - we sail this Sunday 26th sept
2. In USA there is special luggage drop off - is there anything in Southampton or just as normal.

3. Are they doing any back stage tours, wine tasting etc atm?
4. Anything else I should need to know to make the most of the experience?

HI there is a line for Star Guests in the terminal - you drop off your luggage in the carpark, lots of porters around to take your luggage.  Unfortunately no back stage tours, wine tasting anything like that at the moment.  Your genie should be in touch beforehand but if not you can sort everything out on board.   As the ship is at reduced capacity we had no problem changing dinner reservations, shows etc on a daily basis.
