Can travel agents accept Carnival Gift Cards?

Just wondering..... can a travel agent can accept Carnival gift cards as final payment for a cruise? 

 

(Might give our son and daughter gift cards for Christmas to pay for upcoming cruises.)

We've done it in the past. You'll have to email them the card numbers and pins.

We always call our Travel Agent and give them the gift card # with pin #. They put me on hold, and in turn calls Carnival to apply that gift card to our booking #. In fact that's how we paid for our last cruise on the Vista last August. Easy peasy.

No problem.   Just rattle off the numbers over the phone and you're good to go.
