Yes you can, however your room has to be able to accommodate the extra guest. If you are currently are at two guests, then it has to be able to accommodate three. If there are cabins still available, then you can change cabins and pay the difference. Depending on the way you booked it, "offer", it may mess up the whole thing. I would talk to the person you booked it through.
