Wondering if most ports are open now??

I haven’t cruised in 2 years and planning on an Azamara cruise in April 2022, Rome to Venice. Hopefully ports are Rome, Sorrento, Amalfi,

Kotor, Dubrovnik, Zadar, hopefully Venice. I wanted to hear from those of you that have cruised in the past 2-3 months to those cities, if they are open etc. Did you feel safe, Covid wise? Does anyone know when the cruise lines will know about cruising to Venice?
