Spa?

I'm currently booked on a November 2022 8 day Carribean cruise and would love to hear about personal experiences at the spa.  I love the spa and spa services on HAL, RCL, X and Disney and blow most of my vacation budget on delightful spa treatments. 🙂 What are your thoughts about the Spa on Virgin?

I saw a YouTube Video ship review where the guy said it was the best spa he had ever seen. That would have to be something. I havn't heard anything bad except that the daily rate was high at $80.

I only had one treatment, a facial at the spa during the October 20 voyage. Nice treatment, very friendly estitician (Deborah) from South Africa.

The spa at first seems small at first...A smaller front desk area to check in and a unisex changing area much like a fitting room/cubicles at a department store and you put your clothes in a locker just outside of the changing rooms. Then you wait on a bench for your service.

My appointment was a bit delayed so when Deborah greeted me, she had me wait a few more minutes in the thermal suite which looked amazing! It is much bigger than the Disney Rainforest or Persian Garden on Celebrity. I was staying in Rockstar Quarters (suite) but I heard the area is included in Mega-Rockstar suites. I believe a day pass is $70 per day and I will do that next time!

I think the rest of the spa seems somewhat smaller because they have split out other areas to other parts of the ship. The fitness area(s) are up by the pool, the mani/pedi "Medi-Spa" is in another also near the pool.
