Outdoor Smoking Area on Liberty OTS

Where are the outdoor smoking areas on Liberty? I want to avoid being above that area in hopes of not smelling it while on my balcony.

Last time I sailed her the smoking areas were port side pool deck and deck 4 between the elevators.

We just got off Liberty yesterday and the balcony smokers were in full force - makes me SO angry.   I don't understand why some people don't think the rules apply to them.   🤬

Do you remember if the deck 4 smoking was on port or starboard side or both? How far down was the designated area?

I'm sorry I didn't check the smoking area on deck 4 - I just noticed the area on the port side pool deck 11.  Hopefully someone else will chime in!
