pr8hd Posted October 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2021 I must be a bit mathematically challenged, I am having trouble making sense of the "All In" pricing logic for booking a MSC cruise through Choice Hotels/Privileges In particular, MSC Meraviglia on 02/27/22. (4 Night Caribbean). It is this sort of travel industry math and pricing that makes my head hurt. BELLA Inside $179pp Bella Upgrade (Balcony) $179pp Bella Interior All-in (Easy package & WiFi) $239pp Add 10pp for FANTASTICA experience to the above. This sells the All-in package for $60pp if you book Bella/Fantastica Inside *** BELLA Oceanview $209pp Bella Upgrade (Balcony) $209pp Bella Oceanview All-in $269pp Same as above, add 10pp for FANTASTICA . As with Interior, All-in pricing for Bella/Fantastica Oceanview is $60pp. Deal is looking pretty good so far. . . *** BELLA Balcony 209pp Bella Balcony All-in 339pp. Here's where things get silly. . . The 'All-in' price difference goes from $60pp to $130pp for a hike of $70pp. But wait. . there's more! FANTASTICA Balcony 219pp Fantastica Balcony All-in 369pp. The 'All-in' Price is now $150pp. Price hike is now $90pp AUREA Balcony $649pp. Aurea Balcony All-in $679pp (only $30) SUPERFAMILY Fantastica $360pp SuperFamily Fantastica All-Ann $660pp Now it's up to $300 Guessing that this one is in error. Already have a deposit on a Fantastica Balcony for this cruise. May re-book to an Oceanview with All-in. The price point of $60 vs $150 makes the package worthwhile. Having a balcony is not a requirement for us, perfectly happy with a window. We just enjoy having a source of natural light.
