Disembarked Epic 4th Oct still no points

Not one person on our Facebook group who was on the sailing from Barcelona 26th Sept to 4th Oct has had any Latitudes points awarded yet, don't they normally appear within a day or two? Is anyone from other sailings finding the same thing?

Everything is slower after Covid it seems.

Yes, something is amiss.  Call and get that corrected ASAP.  Attempting to blame every failure on covid is bovine feces.

Points are usually posted a couple of days after your cruise completes. When you look at the history, there is a link at the bottom to request missing cruises to be added. Make sure to emphasize that they need to add double points.

We were on the Breakaway, completed cruise on Oct 10,  Latitudes points posted Oct 11!!!
