Covid 19 insurance for cruising

Recommended Posts

Gotodoit, thanks so much for the info on T.I.  We've seen Southern Cross recommended elsewhere.  We'll be checking them out when we need insurance for our trip next year.  No doubt though, T & Cs will change several times in the next few months - can only hope it'll be for the better.

Hi Cruising Aussies,

thanks for that info.

just had a look and the TI is for bookings and flights between December 21 and March 22.  I notice that update was dated the end of November so they have also changed it recently.   It also noted the insurance can be changed at any time!

we will be taking out separate Insurance as we are cruising and we also have credit card insurance.

I put in a quote requested with SCTI and the Annual one although expensive would cover three trips in 22 and one that we have booked in 23.   So not that bad really.

Eileen
