champagne lover Posted October 20, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2021 We are thinking of booking a 5 night Disney cruise on Dream, grandparents in a verandah cabin, parents and 2 children in an inside, preferably with cabins close together. Which deck would people choose and why? TIA
jalves Posted October 20, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2021 With a veranda cabin we prefer deck 9. Its two decks under the pool deck so there is no noise from deck chairs being moved about. Also, deck 10 has a large overhang that completely shades the veranda. As far as the interior cabins go, it wouldn't matter which deck you picked.
ArthurUSCG Posted October 21, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 21, 2021 It's all about what you want. The upper decks are closer to the pool, but the lower ones are closer to the kids clubs, dinning rooms and other interior spaces. There is not "ideal" room, just the one that best fits what you want.
jensensgrandma Posted October 26, 2021 #4 Share Posted October 26, 2021 just got off the ship yesterday. Stayed in 7668. Not much noise but when stabilizers come on there is massive vibration in that cabin. feels like an earthquake. The go on early when docking and its impossible to sleep 1
