Carribean excursion recommendations?

We will be cruising with 3 kids (4,8,11). Our ports are Key West, the Caymon Islands, and Cozumel. Any suggestions on shore excursions?

I've heard you can keep the kids in the kids' programs during shore excursions? Should we take the kids on excursions?

Gonna get alot of arguing about the last question...

But-Here's my opinion-Im bringing my kids (14dd, 6ds)on the cruise so they can see different parts of the world (ok-Caribbean); Im not comfortableleaving them onboard while Im out exploring. Who knows, maybe when I get there, I may change my opinion.

Cozumel...4 X 4 Jeep Adventure is GREAT...

 

Cayman...Stingray City is neat or some of the other snorkeling trips...the best parts of Cayman are under the water.
