We have a deck 9 JS on the hump, and would not be happy to lose it. However, I suspect we would adjust. Pat I'm new to RCI, what does the "hump" mean? Many ships have a widening of the deck area around the elevator banks which have cabins in that area protrude outside of the rest of the ship. This area, where the cabins stick out is considered the hump.

On many ships, those balconies are a little larger than standard. And the location suits us - often mid-ship, unless the ship has two humps (widened areas near the elevators, as Biker mentioned). I am a very careful cabin chooser, usually, and I would not be thrilled to have my planning go for nothing if we were moved. But, if there's water under my feet........
