Did you need a pcr test or just antigen test?

I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this.  I doubt it's helpful anymore, but we needed antigen tests.

Did you have to fill out a Health Declaration Form to stop at Bonaire?

Not sure if still following this thread???   Can you tell me what docked the Equinox was at?
