Casino offer free drinks?

So as part of our promotion with the casino rate we are supposed to have free drinks. This is why we are gambling. My question is does the free drinks while we are gambling also apply to our 15 beverage limit under the signature beverage package that we also have excluded as part of our promotional rate? Has anyone dealt with this yet? Thank you
