My DW surprised me with an early Christmas present  on the Norwegian Escape for 5 feb 2022 aft balcony 13908 any information pros or cons would be appreciated photos also welcome 98 days and counting,TY.

My husband and I stayed in an Escape aft balcony on deck 11.  It was AWESOME!!!  No cons whatsoever for us....Enjoy!!

Deck 13 has the least deep aft-facing balcony. 13908 has the bed near the balcony.

I have heard recently of problems with smoke from the stacks on aft balconies,is this an issue on the Epic?

This keeps on getting mentioned, whenever aft balconies are discussed here.

 

We have stayed in about a dozen aft balconies on a variety of ships and have never had any problem.
