Car Rental from Divi Hotel In Bonaire

From reading some of the other postings, it appears a Hertz car Rental from the Divi Hotel might be a good option. We will be docking in Bonaire 12/272021 for a cruise port day. Best way to get to Divi from Cruise Port? Is it walkable? Is it recommended to pre-book?
