micruz Posted November 7, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2021 We sailed on Oasis of the Seas October 3rd for 7 nights. All 4 of us purchased photos with the digital option that was supposed to email us a link right after the cruise. After a week, we called looking for it. Royal Caribbean said they’d put in a special request and may take up to 12 days. No link arrived to any in our group’s photos. Emailed Royal Caribbean to be told we need to contact their vendor. Emailed vendor with no reply. Royal Caribbean takes our money, but we have to chase vendor for photos. So disappointing. Anyone else experience this or have a solution? Getting ready to dispute charge on credit card.
SkaterJasp Posted November 7, 2021 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2021 (edited) The email would of just sent you to https://rccl-photos.com/ … if it ask you to log in, try using your e-mail than click on forget password. In the future, always get the code from the kiosk to download onboard… it’s free when connected to the ship’s WiFi and no internet package is required. You can still have your photos emailed. That’s what I always do. The tricky part is figuring what email address you used for the photos. Edited November 7, 2021 by SkaterJasp
SkaterJasp Posted November 7, 2021 #3 Share Posted November 7, 2021 I would check that site ASAP because the photos only stay there for 30 days before getting deleted from the site.
micruz Posted November 10, 2021 Author #4 Share Posted November 10, 2021 Thanks for the suggestion! The website did not recognize any of our emails. On the ship everything was so digital with no printed receipt or code. We know better now to get something in writing. Still nothing back from Royal Caribbean or Royal Focus photo vendor. So frustrating to not get any help from the cruise line, but they have no problem charging for the prints.
gmkgks Posted November 10, 2021 #5 Share Posted November 10, 2021 I’m sorry to tell you that we had a similar experience. RC did finally refund us for the photo package, which is better than nothing but what I really wanted were the photographs.
Dougmtc Posted August 2, 2023 #6 Share Posted August 2, 2023 We are going through it right now. 5 long phone calls with RCCL since our cruise in June and we still don't have our photos. They have our photos since they sent us a PDF with all photos and asked us to pick 100. We did but there was no follow up. When we called again the next agent said that the PDF thing was "ridiculous" What the heck ??

The recommendation is to confirm the pics before you ever leave the ship. Good luck.
