Dream NYE '21, Itinerary change?

We were booked on the Dream for the NYE cruise Dec '21 to Jan '22, originally an 8 day sailing from Galveston to Key West, Half Moon Cay, Nassau and Freeport.

 

Early on they dropped HMC making it a 7 day cruise.

 

We moved this sailing to next year as the hassle of the testing protocols so close to Christmas was too stressful.

 

I received a VFIP offer this week showing this sailing date for the Dream but now it was a Western Caribbean;  Galveston, Cozumel, Belize and Roatan.

 

What gives?  The pricing for WIW was outstanding.
