What is the earliest time that you can embark ship ?

My cruise is on the NCL Joy in 18 days.  When I was able to watch the safety video (21 days prior), I was given times to check in.  The earliest was 09:00 AM-09:30 AM.  I choose 09:30 am to 10:00 am. Not that does not mean you can go on board.  It means you can to to the port and take your test.

Going onboard has more to do when the ship gets the current passengers off and they are approved to let new passengers on.  Also, I am in a Haven Suite which usually give you anytime to board.  These times might be because of that Haven statue.  Not sure.

Hope I answered your question.
