Unlimited Dining Pkg - lunch first day and Coco Cay

We are on Independence next month and have searched and have not been able to locate these answers :

 

1. What restaurant will be open for lunch on embarkation day with Unlimited Dining Pkg?

2. Are there any specialty restaurants on Coco Cay included in the package?

2: Food on Coco Cay is either free or for purchase. But drink packages do work except in for purchase venues.

So on the ship you get a credit at Playmakers, Izumi, etc...but on CoCo, if you want wings at Captain Jacks, then you have to pay $? I just find that inconsistent, but oh well.

I was just searching for this - and agree, "Unlimited" it is not...

 

Regarding wings - how are the Captain Jacks wings?
