Carnival Casino Club Newbie

The obvious question for me - are you all based in North America?  I'm a Brit and just don't get casino offer emails at all - even though I can spend hours at the craps table on cruises.  Am I missing a setting in my account?  Or is it because I'm not north America based?

That is what I am wondering.  I play slots on every cruise we have been on.  I get casino offers all of the time. I am a VIFP, but am I supposed to be doing signing up for something else?

How can I join the Carnival Players Club?
When you use your Sail & Sign® card in the casino, you are automatically a member! Just insert your card into any slot machine. You will set up a Player Bank and a profile will be automatically created for you. That’s all it takes at the slots. If you are a table player, simply present your Sail & Sign card to the dealer while playing or ask your Casino Host for further details.

If you are not getting email offers one other thing to check - log on to the Carnival site. At the top of the page click on your name and then profile then contact settings. Make sure you are subscribed to news and offers.

I went to this website ... https://www.carnival.com/registration/promotions/casino    But according to the posts above, you just need to insert your card into the machines or present it at the table before playing.
