Parasailing in Bimini?

We are thinking of renting a golf cart and exploring, maybe ending up at Radio Beach. Are there places set up there for parasailing? If not, is there anywhere you saw on Bimini that one could just walk up and go parasailing?

Bimini is such a small island, I am struggling to find many "organized" excursions.  This may be a beach day for us.  I would love some jet skis or parasailing.
