Thanks for reading! This next cruise is a makeup-from-cancelled-2020-Spring-Break cruise for my daughter. Just the two of us. I’m tempted to search for more good deals though…

I’m taking my daughter on this next one, which is a short Nassau/HMC trip. Excited to go on the Sunrise, which is “new” to me.

Meanwhile, when we returned to our cabin to prepare to disembark, we took a moment to enjoy to view from the portholes. Don’t knock a porthole cabin!!!

 

 

I love a porthole cabin. It is our "go-to" on most cruises. I, too, love those deep "shelves" below the portholes. I store all my miscellaneous items there (book, hat, etc)

I actually did the entire review on my phone, because it was easier to insert the photos that way. Here are the instructions:

 

Choose “add files” from the box below the post.

Choose “photo library”.

Click the photo(s) you’d like to add from your album, and hit “add”.

Photos will down load and be placed at the bottom of the reply. Place your cursor within the text of the response where you want it and hit “insert” from the corresponding photo.

OK, for some reason there's an extra photo screen grab at the bottom of the post, but I can't properly delete it because all the pics look the same.  It's a bit like looking into a mirror that reflects infinite reflections.  I can't tell which one is which on my phone!

Thanks for the review! We just booked "last Minute" for January 22. We're only 2.5 hours away from PC, and it was also a deal we couldn't refuse. I also am a planner, but have none for Grand Turk or Amber Cove. Your pictures gave me a better idea of Amber Cove. Thanks again!
