Which decks are better choices for a Two Bedroom Family Suite with Large Balcony on the POA?

POA is a port intensive cruise.  We'd tried to be out in the ports for as long as possible.

 

The only time you'd be on ship wanting to enjoy the scenery well is in Kauai with the ship sailing by Napali Coast.  The ship goes westbound (so looking at left, or port side) then turns around to sail eastbound (so looking at right or starboard side).  People with balcony, would enjoy from there, the higher the better.  We were in inside cabin, and was outside to enjoy.

From my favorite site to get cabin advice, decks 8, 9 and 10 are all good.
