Are you the "Primary" guest on the reservation? I only asked because that's how we were able to access ours successfully. I tried to make an account under my name but couldn't. When I asked my husband to make one under his name, we were able to sign in and our reservation was already listed in the account.

Many thanks for this Sailwithbars .. I couldn't make a new account work either, but have now done so under my husbands name after reading this. THANK YOU.    Now however we are at the stage of no cruises showing up. Ours is booked for December? Am I just too soon?
