Considering a Dubai cruise, but have a few questions:

 

Drinks package:

My wife barely doesn't drink alcohol, but I like wine for dinner and 3-5 drinks at night. Is it worth it to buy a drinks package or should I just buy whatever I want?

 

Covid:

Is it required to wear masks on the ship?

No drinks package. Better pay wine by the glass for dinner. The cheaper drinks packages limit you totally on the wine.

It will probably be cheaper to just pay as you go (i.e. no drinks package), but on the other hand maybe more enjoyable to get the non-alcoholic or easy drinks package for both and enjoy a decent coffee, mineral water or mocktail without having to worry about the bill at the end.
