Planning a Dubai cruise, but how is it about Covid restrictions?

Yes, masks are required while walking around inside and, theoretically, outside - but many people do not wear them outside. They are not required while seated in bars and dining venues, nor while on sun loungers or in the pools. They are required while taking part in group events- e.g. dance classes, games etc. The staff enforce mask-wearing (nicely!) and on this cruise at least (Virtuosa to Dubai) everyone is complying, as is only right.
