Otway penguins

can anyone recommend a good tour company to use to see the Otway penguins?? I have this is a great place to observe the penguins.

We actually used the ship's excursion but we did use a great company in the morning to have a look around Punta Arenas and I know they do the Otway excursion.

 

I dealt with Pamela and the company was recommended on this Board about a year ago.

The best thing about this company was that we did not have to pay up front and they were waiting for us as we walked down the gangplank.

just to let you know that I just returned from the Regal cruise this week. Friends of ours did the Otway excursion and were very disappointed as the number of penguins is very low. The babies are already gone and they saw only a few hundred (if that) penguins.

 

Try & see the penguins at Punto Tombo (unless they have started to leave now--we saw thousands of them but that was on Feb. 14th)
