Anyone know about New England/Canada Cruise on HAL

Hi! Does anyone know about the HAL cruise on the Maasdam? Never cruised before..chance of rough seas in August? Does the crusie hug the shoreline?? How about from Bar harbor to Boston? Nights??;) Any comments would be appreciated
