Rare Racegirl6 Posted December 3, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2021 Has anyone else experienced VIFP rewards issues recently? My husband and I turned Gold on this cruise. We were told to go to Pixels to pick up our pins, they were out of them, then when I went to redeem my free drink after 5 on the last day, I was told my account didn't have it on there. Tried to go to guest services, but it was the last evening and the long was too long to deal with it. I have heard that others had the same thing happen, especially when moving up a level.
