Port check in time

Hi everyone. We booked the Dec. 19 Oasis of the Seas last week and the app showed that the earliest port check in time is 3 pm. Because of our passport/visa status, it almost always takes ~2-3 hours for the port staff to sort things out (including calling customs and boarder protection, verifying policies, etc.). The 3 pm time becomes really concerning. May I please ask if there are ways to change it to earlier slot? We are unable to get the Key as it has sold out already. The RCCL customer service rep on phone told us that they can't change this on their end and asked me to monitor the app on the day before to see if any earlier slots show up. 

Any suggestions? TIA

They seem to try to stick with the check in times given. Some people come earlier with varing results. If you keep checking as the sail date gets closer some have been able to grab earlier check in times.
