we are flying in 3 days early so we can get another test, from Tahiti.. we now show we are in the yellow line, we are fully vaccinated and have all our documents, should we be concerned about being denied boarding

thanks  Mike

I expect that it is because you have been to a foreign country within 10 days prior to the cruise. So they will certainly ask.  That is assuming that you did indicate that you will have been in a foreign country on the health form.

Unless there is some kind of massive outbreak there prior to your return I doubt it will cause a problem.  After all with Tahiti you need to test before flying there, test on arrival and test again before flying back to the US.

We are going there in early January.  Do you know if the proctored antigen tests from eMed is acceptable for the requirements for flights to Tahiti?  I have not been able to get a clear answer from United and there web site only states that those tests are acceptable form flights to US, nothing about flights to other countries.

This, having visited a foreign country within ten days of sailing, has had a detrimental effect on a lot of cruisers particularly Canadians sailing out of Europe. In theory if they flew in fourteen days ahead of sailing they would be classified in a lower risk category, which seems illogical.   I think the rules tend to assume that all the passengers may be defined within a narrow range.
