Sailing on Regal Princess - need help, please!

I just booked the Regal for the end of January, and would like make some plans.  For those who have sailed recently, what time are the shows in the evening? We want to book some specialty dining, but would to see the shows as well.  Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks everyone! 😊

We were on the Regal for its Transatlantic crossing.  Shows were generally 7:30 and 9:30...but that schedule could shift with the "domestic" itineraries.

I was on the Regal about three weeks ago.  Most of the shows in the main theater were single showings at 9 PM.
