SO - My cruise payment day is almost here (although the payment demand seems to think it's about a week before the date from my invoice), so I logged on to the manage my cruise section, as suggested in the email, and I'm not sure if it's just me, but there doesn't seem to be any "make payment" option (this is for the UK site), phoned and got bored after waiting 20 minutes, so mailed them to ask, so they replied with a link to "Msctrade.com" to pay, with login details, Only it just says "invalid email or password" - have double checked, and copied/pasted the password straight out of the email, making sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.

 

Has anyone else found out how to make a payment online?  You'd think they don't want my money....

Computer glitches seem pretty usual for MSC.  I’d give it an overnight and try again.
