Shore Excursion - refund?

We are scheduled to sail on Anthem 1/9 and have a stop at Antigua. Many excursions were canceled, ours being one of them. They sent an email about it last Thursday and said the card used to purchase the excursions would be refunded- nothing is showing up on my card and I'm curious how long this usually takes??
