Moonarino Posted January 1, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2022 (edited) I can't find the recent topic with this particular complaint in it now, so I thought it worthwhile to create this "solution" thread. If you use Firefox on the Princess website but can't see the "Chat" button on the black bar across the bottom, where "Contact" and other buttons are: Look for a blue-outlined shield symbol to the left of the address bar. (It's probably 2 buttons to the left.) If you hover the mouse over it you should see something like "Blocking social media trackers, cross-site tracking cookies, and fingerprinters." Click that blue-outlined shield, and in the pop-up menu find the button (at the top of the box I think) to Disable it. You might need to reload the page. This worked like a champ for me.
