Does anyone know how long it will take to get an email from them saying the reservation is confirmed and all set? First time we are doing a scooter rental for a cruise. Will pickup stuff from your door step they use DHL. Special needs charges$$$$$$$$$$ and if you cancel or change they have a hefty cancel fee... non refundable. You can ship like a wheel chair or such for 265$ with Ship to go.
