You should call Sailor Services 1 954 488 2955 or use the chat feature on their website.

This was in the FAQ's:

Are there wheelchairs available?

Sailors requiring regular use of a wheelchair/scooter should bring their own or rent from one of our vendors. However, wheelchairs may be available for emergency use at the terminal for embarkation.

You can rent a wheelchair or scooter from our friends at:
Scootaround  (phone number & website removed for posting here, can be found if you serach 'Are there wheelchairs available' in the FAQ's.

Port staff were very good about it. My wife does not normally use a wheelchair, but was struggling a bit due to ankle issues. Really nice port agent noticed and insisted that she let him push her in a chair. Quite a long upslope walk thru gangways to get on the ship that would have caused her some pain. Unfortunately, saw nothing available outside the building.  We were on 11/26 sailing.

Just back from the Jan 2-7 cruise.

We had difficulty with this in spite of a telephone call/request to Virgin in advance of the cruise.  On that call, the Virgin rep said that a note would be made in our reservation and that wheelchair assistance would be available for embarkation.

The employees at Terminal C on embarkation day (not Virgin employees) said this was not possible.  They claimed that, because of liability issues, they were not allowed to provide such assistance--either wheelchair service up the gangway or, simply, a wheelchair that we might use ourselves for that purpose.

I persisted in asking to speak with a Virgin employee from the ship, but while that person promised a wheelchair, it never materialized.  We had to do without.

The Virgin policies make clear that their limited supply of wheelchairs was for emergency use only.

Difficult to understand why this was so complicated.
