Has Oceania changed their payment in full dates

That is certainly not a global view.  Coming from Australia, the cost of getting anywhere is high and the travel is often painful.  I find some of the comments on here about not caring about ports astounding...but then I guess I need to think about it from a different perspective. if I could just get on an Oceania ship here in Melbourne I would and I would perhaps not care about ports.  But if I'm going to fly half way around the world to join a cruise, I certainly think more than twice in the current environment.
