Do we need a second covid test between cruises if on same ship? If so, how is this done ? Thank you.

Yes, most lines require a second test, including Celebrity. You should be tested on the ship at the end of the first leg.

We were back to back on the Equinox in October/November.  The last full day of the cruise, which was a sea day we went to the back to back meeting at 9:00.  They gave us some quick information and then we all went over to Quisar and got a rapid antigen test.  They essentially told us to assume we were negative unless they got in touch with us.  The next morning, during the back to back process they gave us our negative test result with the new keys.

As a note, I understand that if you end up being a close contact on the first cruise, even if you test negative, you cannot go on the second cruise, as you cannot say you have not been a close contact with someone that tested positive in the last 14 days.  We tried to be very careful on the first leg of the cruise for sure!
