Mexican Riviera ideas and info :)

Hello everyone. Just have a few questions and looking for your tips. 

My daughter and I will be on the Bliss to Mexican Riviera in Feb. I don't think we are going to book any excursions simply because it's all a mess right now. Do you all know of any good shopping or eating spots in PV or Cabo? Is the weather chilly still? Any thoughts or suggestions to help our first cruise would be much appreciated. My daughter is 23.
