Stockholder OBC

We are sailing in two weeks and have not heard back about our Stockholder OBC.

Someone posted on one of these boards that they spoke to a nice lady at RCCL who took care of it for them.  Tried doing a search with no luck. 

Looking for that phone number.

We submitted in the electronic form and heard nothing.  DH then sent an email with the cruise info and the proof of ownership and we had our OBC in less than 24 hours.  There's at least one or two recent threads about this.

Have you checked your cruise planner?  Sometimes the $$ just show up there with no other communication.

We used the form in mid December for 2 cruises, about a week ago the $100 OBC showed up on our two cruises.  I'd suggest using the form and just be patient.

I sent in my request about a week or so ago and never did get a formal reply.  But, my cruise planner as of yesterday shows the OBC!

I have checked my planner and it has not showed up - hence the inquiry.

I just sent an email as suggested and got an automated reply.

We shall see how long it will take.  Hopefully soon!

How far in advance to a scheduled cruise should you do this? And in the event the cruise gets cancelled (By me or by Royal) do you have to request it again for your next cruise?

 

Also, can you get the OBC for every single cruise you take? Like if you do a B2B, you can get $100 for each cruise?

 

We've never requested it and would like to try for our March cruise.

I usually submit the request as soon as I book.  Yes, you need to request for each cruise.
