Skagway Glass Blowing on Princess

Has anyone done the hands-on excursion?  We're thinking about it, but only one wants to do the actual glass blowing session. The other just wants to watch, but the price makes it a little hard.  There's another excursion that includes a demonstration that's at the same time, but the description reads like they won't be able to see the passengers that are participating in the hands-on session and will even receive a different meal, so we don't think that's an option, but would love confirmation of that.
